Fill the right role
Rivals is 6v6 with three roles: Vanguard (tanks), Duelist (damage) and Strategist (healers and support). Groups with a good mix do a lot better, so say which role you play and your main heroes.
Team-ups
Some heroes power each other up when they're on the same team. Planning team-ups is much easier with a set group in vc than with random players.
Quick Match or Competitive
Quick Match is where groups warm up and try new heroes. Competitive needs a bit more planning, so mention your rank and when you can play.

How to party up in Marvel Rivals
Search their player name or UID in the Friends menu, send a request, then invite them to your team from the lobby.
