How to redeem Pokémon GO codes
- Go to the official Pokémon GO Web Store in your browser.
- Log in with the same account you use in the game.
- Enter the promo code and click Redeem.
- Open the game to find the items in your bag.
The official page is store.pokemongo.com/offer-redemption. Sites that ask for your password to "unlock" or "generate" codes are scams.
Pokémon GO code not working?
- Codes can no longer be redeemed inside the Android app, so use the web store on any device.
- If you sign in with an Apple ID, link another login method first.
- Copy and paste the code. Codes are usually case-sensitive, and one wrong letter or an extra space breaks them.
- The code may have expired, or you already used it. Most codes work once per account and only last days or weeks.
Where new Pokémon GO codes come from
